Support tailored to your business

Complete payroll administration

We produce payslips and year-end statements, file payroll tax returns and handle pension filings, especially for industry-wide pension funds. We also process supplementary schemes linked to payroll, such as PAWW.

Even when your scheme is not standard

We use HR & Salarisgemak and can configure complex or company-specific pay schemes for your organisation. This lets us automate calculations that would otherwise be unsupported or require manual work.

Keeping changes up to date

If required, we maintain pay tables based on collective labour agreements as well as company-specific tables, and process starters, leavers, salary changes and other employee changes. We identify relevant developments and apply them to your payroll.

Payslips through ESS or Maxus

Employees can use Employee Self Service (ESS) in HR & Salarisgemak to access payslips, leave and their own details. If you do not want to require employees to use a portal, we can also send payslips and other payroll documents securely through Maxus. The employee receives a personal link with limited validity and additional verification. This is also accessible to employees with limited digital skills.

Personal contact, self-service if you want it

Employers can send changes directly to us and discuss questions personally; a portal is never compulsory. Manager Self Service (MSS) can support managers and employers with changes, approvals and insight. Where possible, we can import employee master data, bonuses and recurring payroll components from other systems. Reports range from journals and cost-centre allocations to pro forma, gross-to-net and labour-cost calculations.

Support for employers

We can assist with employment agreements based on reviewed templates, UWV and WAZO notifications, applications for paid parental leave and the Practical Learning subsidy. Payroll and related advice remain our core; additional HR support is available where it suits your organisation.

A fixed fee for recurring payroll work

For recurring payroll activities, we generally charge a fixed all-in fee per payslip or year-end statement. Additional payroll and HR work is charged at the same uniform hourly rate as our other services.
